The consent form for babies can only be filled in after the birth of your child. We’ll send you that consent form accordingly: after birth.

The AIMS study is part of the Sarphati Cohort. If you want to join the AIMS study, it’s very important to join the Sarphati Cohort as well. The Sarphati Cohort is a separate research of the GGD Amsterdam. For this research we ask you permission to use a particular set of data, collected during the regular consults by the Ouder- en Kindteam (OKT), anonymously for research. The set of data contains data on growth (length and weight), nutrition, sleep and motoric development. Monitoring the development of microbiome makes it even more essential to include the Sarphati Cohort data of your child in the AIMS study. So you can also give permission to join the Sarphati Cohort, starting from the birth of your child. You can participate via the Sarphati App or the Sarphati Cohort website.
