We would like to ask you, as parent(s), to collect a small stool sample from your child on 11 occasions during the first three years of their life. The stool samples can simply be collected from the child’s nappy or potty and later from the toilet bowl. We would also ask you to collect saliva samples five times and dental plaque samples four times.

In addition to collecting body material, you will receive during the pregnancy and for the first three years of your child’s life, you will receive a brief online questionnaire to complete on 11 occasions. Completing the questionnaires takes a maximum of 10 minutes, and usually even less.
Finally, from the moment your child turns 4 months old, you will receive a 3-day food diary on 6 moments.
